I was skeptical about needing the locking bars, but they really do keep the lids from popping open in my bag. Each compartment snaps shut securely, and I appreciate having the option to remove them for easier refills.

The locking bars are a nice touch—they snap open cleanly without spilling pills everywhere. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's held up well with daily pushing and removing.

I fill this thing up once every two weeks and don't have to think about it again, which is exactly what I wanted. The removable locking bar is nice because I can pop just one compartment at a time instead of the whole lid flopping open and spilling pills everywhere.
