These actually stay put all night, which was my biggest problem with other plugs. The soft foam molds to my ear without that painful pressure feeling, and I finally slept through my neighbor's dog barking at 6am.

I've been using these for a few nights now, and they definitely muffle the street noise enough to help me fall asleep faster. The foam is firm enough to stay put but soft once it expands.
